180 g (360 g; 1 K) Flour
125 ml (250 ml; 1.5 L) Wine, White
25 g (50 g; 150 g) Oil
2 (4; 12) Eggs, Separated
1 pinch (1/8 tsp; ¼ tsp) Salt
to Sweeten Dough
25 g (50 g; 150 g) Sugar
Mix together flour, white wine, oil, egg yolk and salt until just smooth. NOTE: do not over beat. Beat egg white until just stiff and carefully fold into the dough.
