Dumplings with Apple Mush

Recipe Submission for Apple Mush

Dumpling recipe came from the Andalusian, p.A-25 The making of Dafjir. I wanted something different. My actual recipe was as follows:
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 6 grams saffron
  • 1 teaspoon yeast
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 cup water
Mixed together, and place in greased pan (only to not make mess while baking) half then apple mush and then the other half to cover.
